sitting meditator-www.shambhala.org_images_meditator_side Are you looking for more peace of mind?  Do you want to learn to relax more deeply?  Are you interested in a simple practice that can give you more emotional stability, clarity of mind, and openness of heart?  Are you curious about meditation but don’t know where to start?  Have you tried to meditate from a book or a CD but felt you didn’t quite get it?

Let us help you learn to do something that can change your life.

With thorough instruction and skillful support anyone can learn to meditate.

Meditation has enriched the lives of millions of people worldwide.  The National Institute of Health is funding millions of dollars of research on the positive effects of meditation.  It is fast becoming a staple in the healthcare environment and is now found in many fields including business, sports, education and psychology.  This is not to mention its potential role in one’s spiritual life.

Clear Light Meditation Group offers expert instruction from highly qualified teachers in a safe and nurturing environment.

Please join us for a 3 hour workshop that can put you on a path to inner peace!

This workshop is an excellent way to learn about mindfulness meditation.  We recommend pairing it with our 8 week ‘Foundations of Meditation’ course that begins on Thursday January 28.  You can take this workshop to get a feel for meditation and what it involves.  The 8 week class provides you with a support structure, additional instruction and everything you need to establish a regular practice.
